Each session is practical and focused on what you’re currently experiencing.

We work with what’s happening in the moment—your thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses—so you can understand your patterns more clearly and begin shifting them.

  • Coaching conversation
    to explore what feels stuck and what’s underneath it

  • Guided regulation practices
    simple breath and grounding tools to help settle your system

  • Awareness-based work
    noticing how stress, emotion, and thought show up in real time

  • Integration support identifying small, realistic changes you can apply in daily life
