Each 50-minute session (via Zoom) blends:
Deep, compassionate listening — you are fully heard
Gentle inquiry and perspective-shifting questions — to help uncover clarity, values, and next right steps
Mindfulness and somatic awareness — grounding in your body's wisdom
Simple, practical tools — drawn from yoga philosophy, Reiki, meditation, and values-based coaching
Support for self-trust and inner alignment — not advice-giving or fixing
This is a collaborative space that allows insights and personal agency to build naturally over time.
Optional reflections or simple practices may be offered between sessions to support integration into daily life.

4-Session Package – $300
Designed for those navigating a specific transition and wanting focused support over 1–2 months.
Sliding scale available — please ask. Support shouldn't be determined solely by income.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health diagnoses. Coaching is forward-focused — designed to help you navigate present transitions, reconnect to your values, and create aligned next steps.
Do I need to have a specific goal?
Not at all. Many people come feeling unclear about what's next. That uncertainty is welcome here.
What if I can't afford the full rate?
I hold limited sliding scale spots each month. Please reach out to discuss what's possible — I want support to be accessible.
What happens in the free consultation?
We'll talk for 20 minutes about what you're navigating, how I work, and whether this feels like a good fit. It's a chance to get a sense of the space before committing.
How do sessions work logistically?
All sessions are via Zoom. Once we schedule, you'll receive a calendar invite with the link. Sessions are 50 minutes, and we can meet as frequently or occasionally as feels right for you.
Can I just do one session?
Absolutely. You're welcome to book a single session and see how it feels before deciding if you want ongoing support.
