In uncertain times, do you ever feel like a duck that appears calm on the surface but is paddling constantly underneath? You’re not alone. Many of us are living with a steady undercurrent of stress and anxiety. This workshop is an invitation to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and with others in a supportive and intentional space.

This online class experience is designed to gently support your nervous system and help you move out of “fight-or-flight” and into a state of greater ease and balance.
