A holistic approach to therapy, healing, and self-discovery
Sometimes life asks us to slow down.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy can offer a place to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself.

My Approach:
I am a counseling intern completing my master's degree in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Salve Regina University, with graduation anticipated in 2027. My clinical work is provided under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
My approach is person-centered, humanistic, holistic, and trauma-informed. With more than 25 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, I bring a grounded awareness of the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.
I am currently completing EMDR training and hold a certificate in Internal Family Systems coaching, which inform my growing clinical practice.

A Space to Find Your Way:
Therapy is not about fixing who you are.
It is a space to become curious about your experiences, understand your patterns, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Together, we can slow down, listen inward, and make space for what comes next.
