That's a Stretch

This class weaves together the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and coaching principles that allow us to connect to our inner guidance. Because change is inevitable and alters our way of being and living in the world, we all need supportive practices. This class will include a 45-minute yoga practice and 15-minutes to reflect on personal impact, set conscious intentions and build community as we release, move, feel, and breathe.

1-hour class.
Yoga practice (all levels) with small group coaching that will include additional resources and questions for reflection and inquiry.

Coaching sessions take place on the phone or via Zoom. In the comfort of your own home, or wherever you feel you can relax and talk openly, without interruption or distraction.

Coaching can unlock previously untapped sources for personal change and engage in the world in bold new ways. It is designed to help connect you to your innate knowledge for the life that is best for you. I am here to support you in creating that life with greater connection and well-being. When we come back to our true nature, we have a cumulative effect on the world around us. 

  • Four 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Optional supportive exercises to complete or practice between calls where needed (imagine fun homework with no grades)

  • $200 investment for 4-session package

  • Articulate an objective you want to accomplish during our time together.

  • Decide what a solution looks and feels like at the end of our sessions.

  • Create ways to incorporate these solutions into your daily life to achieve your goals.

  • Plan a timeline for achieving your desired result.
