This class will deepen understanding of balanced free flow of energy through the subtle conduits of vitality in our bodies known in yogic philosophy as Chakras along with Yin yoga practice to deepen connections of body, mind, heart.
This class will have an emphasis on posture alignment and adjustments to help students better understand each posture and progress deeper in their practice.
